PT. Sunter Agung is real estate development company which is the holding company of Agung Podomoro Group, a group which has been in the property development business for more than 35 years. The company and its subsidiaries have substancial interest in real estate and property development including residential (housing, apartment, townhouse), office and innovative superblock multi purpose building developments in Strategic Bussiness Districts. The company was established in 1969.

In the course of its growth Agung Podomoro Group has also taken over several real estate development companies in Sunter area which were having financial problems. Altogether, Agung Podomoro Group has developed over 500 hectares of land into residentials, warehouses, and industrial estates.

Starting in the early 1990's, the Group expanded to other locations around Jakarta & surroundings, i.e. Sudirman, Tanah Abang, Kebayoran Baru, Marunda (industrial estate), Bojong Gede, Tambun, Kebon Jeruk & Bandung.
